Today has been something, again. I was honestly kinda sick for most of the day. Not gonna go into details about it but yeah. I still had an upset stomach for a lot of the day but I at least mostly felt better afterwards even if it was a slow process. After work instead of gaming in the usual sense I actually played a solo journaling game. It's called Anamnesis, and you play as someone who woke up with amnesia. You draw tarot cards to generate prompts; each act you draw from a different minor arcana suit, and for each prompt you also draw from the major arcana to inform how you answer the prompt. This is the first solo journaling game I've done and I'm really enjoying it. Having some sort of guidence on how to answer the prompt is technically a little restraining but in a way that I think helps the game and can make it easier to answer the prompt (most of the time). It forces you to engage with the prompt more and not just already know the answer. Not to say that that's necessarily a bad thing but it is a thing I appreciate the game doing.

Lancer fired today too, though I honestly don't have as much to say. First two rounds of a boss fight. Guy is pretty threatening but he's super locked down right now and all the extra enemies are just 1 HP grunts so it's not that bad. We don't even have to kill him, technically, but he is extremely in the way, so.
